This blog chronicles the food experiments of Eva & Joel, long-term residents of wonderful Hamilton Hill South Fremantle. We love to travel, cook and to talk a lot of shizzle whilst we’re at it.

Our blog is made up of two parts:

1) Our everyday recipes: The original purpose of this blog was to create a library for our recipes. We once embarked on a book, but we’ve found it’s much nicer to have an online “book” so that anyone can share and edit our recipes. Over the past 10 years we have cooked a plethora of dishes, mainly from Italy, China, India, Japan, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam and Mexico. You can find our recipe index here.

2) Our global cooking challenge: We are currently embarked on a mission to cook a dish/drink/meal from every country in the world. Inspired by Global Table Adventure, we draw a random country every week and post our culinary results here. You can find the countries covered so far here.
